Keep a card on file, then invite a family whenever one needs it. You are charged $20 per family at the moment you invite them — no subscription, no minimum, and nothing to spend in advance.

There is no password. Your account lives behind a private link we email you, the same way each family’s own page works. Nobody has ever thanked us for making them maintain another login, and a church should not need one to be kind to somebody.
